I ordered Gloria Jean’s Hazelnut Coffee and was sent regular Gloria Jean’s coffee. It was quite a disappointment!!! I sure hope it doesn’t happen again, if I decide to take the chance.

THIS SO CALLED COFFEE IS JUST AWFUL!! IT IS BITTER AND DOESN’T EVEN TASTE LIKE THE FLAVORS THEY ARE DESCRIBED AS. AMAZON SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THIS RETURN AND REFUNDED MY MONEY AS ANY OTHER COMPANY WHO WANTS TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS WOULD DO. GREEN MOUNTAIN COFFEE IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEIR CAFE EXPRESS GIVES YOU FREE SHIPPING AND 2 FREE BOXES OF K-CUPS WITH YOUR FIRST ORDER. IF YOU DON’T LIKE SOMETHING JUST TELL THEM AND KEEP YOUR ITEMS. I have given over 10 Keurig coffee makers as gifts (I have 6 children and a lot of friends) and I always send variety packs of K-cups with the brewer (beside the one that comes with it). Of all of the flavored coffees the Hazelnut blends are overwhelming the favorite. After some trail and error we settled on Gloria Jean’s as having the best flavor and richness. I would suggest making an 8 oz. cup or smaller, especially if you are adding cream to it.
I now purchase this in Amazon’s Frustration-Free packaging. Their is 50 per package and I just rip the top off and stick and whole thing in my cabinet. K-Cups produce enough trash as it is so it nice to have fewer boxes when ordering them from Amazon.

For our tastes this coffee is a bit weak for the larger cup sizes. the 7.25 oz cup is the largest size that you can make that is OK. We only use the 5.25 oz size with this particular k-cup. We just brew 2 of them for our travel mugs.
